退货政策
- 只支持7天以内的退货申请。7天后将会自动处理成‘确认收货’状态。
- 商品有明显的缺陷或发货错误时才可申请退货。
- 不支持无理由退货。
退货程序
- 申请退货后需向本公司提交有关证明资料(商品缺陷图、发货错误的商品图等)。
- 到付退货: 退货申请通过时请利用到付;并在 [菜单> 订单/配送 > 商品]点击[单号详情] ,输入运送公司及单号。
- 无法进行到付时: 用私人费用发送商品后发送单号图片至我们客服,本公司将会返邮费。
根据退货条件的退款政策
- 全部退货: 对[商品价格+购买邮费]进行退款。
- 部分退货: 只退还 [商品价]。
- 当销售商确认收到退货商品后方可进行退款并另进行告知。
- 取消支付时,将有可能产生取消手续费。
其他
- 本公司不对快递公司的发送错误、损坏及遗漏负责;若发生问题,请联系相应快递公司。
- 对退货过程中的税金及其他费用,由退货原因提供方负责。
取消订单政策
- 只支持 [支付成功]状态的订单取消;从 [配送准备中]状态无法取消订单。
- 订单的取消只支持全部取消,不支持部分取消。
取消及退款
